01 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions and all ancillary documents published by c2x555:

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the c2x555 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and c2x555 governing your use of the Services.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during the registration process, by accessing any part of the Platform after these Terms have been displayed, or by continuing to use your Account after any published amendment takes effect, you conclusively agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. c2x555 reserves the right to request CNIC verification, biometric confirmation, or any other age-verification documentation at any time during your use of the Platform. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active c2x555 Account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update such information. c2x555 may suspend or terminate any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions. You represent and warrant that you are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of c2x555 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3.5 KYC Verification. c2x555 operates under international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide valid identification documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation upon request. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your c2x555 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to immediately notify c2x555 at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified c2x555 of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.1. c2x555 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. c2x555 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as set out in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4.4 Account Currency. All c2x555 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method processes in a foreign currency, the conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may include a processing margin.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods. c2x555 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast/1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed same-day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, within 5–30 minutes for Raast/1LINK, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfer methods. c2x555 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, or where c2x555 has reasonable grounds to investigate potential fraud or AML concerns. c2x555 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the Player within two (2) business days of the delay occurring.

5.4 Same Payment Method Policy. c2x555 reserves the right to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with standard AML compliance requirements. You may not request withdrawal to a payment method that was not used for your most recent qualifying deposit without providing additional verification documentation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by c2x555 are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotional page, as well as these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to each promotion are clearly stated on the promotional page. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. c2x555 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in immediate voiding of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Using low-risk, mathematically calculated betting patterns to complete wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk;
• Exploiting promotional mechanics through coordinated activity with other Players;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic eligibility restrictions.

6.4 Amendments to Promotions. c2x555 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where continued operation would be contrary to the spirit of fair play, in breach of licensing conditions, or technically impossible to sustain.

07 Casino Games & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the c2x555 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to independent testing by accredited third-party laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

7.2 Sports Betting. All sportsbook bets are governed by the c2x555 Sports Betting Rules document, which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event that a bet is placed in error or on a market that is subsequently voided, c2x555 will return the original stake to the Player's Account balance. PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other Pakistani-popular markets are subject to the same rules as all other markets.

7.3 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the c2x555 system, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. Bets confirmed before the occurrence of a material technical error on c2x555's side will be honoured at the confirmed odds; bets placed after the commencement of an event due to a data feed delay may be voided at c2x555's discretion.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits. c2x555 applies maximum single-session and single-event win limits. These limits are displayed on the cashier and in the applicable game rules. Wins exceeding the published limit will be paid up to the maximum; the excess will not be credited.

7.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle applicable to all c2x555 casino products.

08 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the c2x555 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live dealer, or multi-player formats;
• Laundering money or conducting any other financially criminal activity through the Platform;
• Providing false identification or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform — you must report any such discovery to [email protected] immediately;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing c2x555 staff, support agents, or other Players;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology;
• Accessing the Platform from a self-excluded account or an account that has been suspended or terminated by c2x555.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the c2x555 Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, logos, game assets, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to c2x555 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the c2x555 Platform or its content without our prior written consent. Any use of c2x555 branding, trademarks, or game content outside of the Platform — including on social media, third-party websites, or in promotional material — is expressly prohibited without a written licence agreement.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

c2x555 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the c2x555 Privacy Policy.

c2x555 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: (a) payment processors required to facilitate your deposits and withdrawals; (b) identity verification service providers required for KYC compliance; (c) licensing and regulatory authorities where disclosure is legally mandated; and (d) fraud prevention agencies where disclosure is necessary to protect the security of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c2x555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

11.2 c2x555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 c2x555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While c2x555 targets 99.97% uptime, planned and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude c2x555's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by c2x555's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

c2x555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all Pakistani cities and markets we serve. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be considered a reliable source of income;
• You are solely responsible for the amounts you choose to deposit and wager;
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your c2x555 Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion;
• You will not gamble with money needed for essential living expenses, including rent, food, utilities, or family obligations;
• You will seek professional assistance if you believe your gambling is causing harm to you or your family.

c2x555 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where our monitoring systems identify patterns of potentially harmful play — including extended sessions, escalating deposit volumes, or repeated self-exclusion and re-registration attempts. Such interventions are made in good faith and in compliance with our licensing obligations.

13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your c2x555 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by c2x555. c2x555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account poses a fraud, AML, or security risk; (c) you are located in a Prohibited Territory; or (d) continued operation of your Account would be contrary to our licensing obligations.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, c2x555 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach involving fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, the withheld balance may be forfeited in full. In all other cases of termination, real-money balances will be returned within fourteen (14) days of the termination date.

14 Amendments to These Terms

c2x555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact c2x555 to close your Account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c2x555's international gaming licence is held. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through c2x555's internal complaints process will be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first attempt resolution through c2x555 customer support by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. c2x555 will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgement.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
